The project focuses on functional mixes, redefines the waterfront viability, favouring solutions oriented towards sustainable mobility (water ferries, cycle paths, local public transport) in order to expand and enhance the public pedestrian area, parking, urban green areas and open-air sports areas.
Over a 5-year time period, fixed interventions are planned in which the combination of different management models support the economic feasibility of the redevelopment project.
