An ambition for quality living in contemporary forms of cohousing (High End & Healthy Cohousing, Business and sport Cohousing, International Student Cohousing), emerging sports as an investment in the future of the city, open spaces and cycle connections for a car-free neighbourhood, zero-emission buildings. An urban regeneration that aims to be the catalyst for change on a regional scale, with solid foundations of environmental and economic-financial sustainability.
